We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please get in touch at matthewandtheatlas@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at matthewandtheatlas@gmail.com and we will assist you further. If possible, please include a photo or video of the damage in your initial email to help us find the best resolution for you.

International orders Import duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Pre-Order Policy

Payment Full payment is taken at the time of ordering. By placing a pre-order you are confirming your purchase and authorising payment in full.

Estimated Dispatch Pre-order items are estimated to dispatch end of July 2026. This date is subject to change. If the estimated dispatch date changes we will notify you by email and explain your right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund. To cancel please email matthewandtheatlas@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping Once dispatched your order will be shipped via the method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.
