By placing an order with Matthew and the Atlas you agree to the following terms. 

Orders & Payment Full payment is taken at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items are estimated to dispatch by end of July 2026. This date is subject to change. If the estimated dispatch date changes significantly, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual Property All music, artwork, and content associated with Matthew and the Atlas remains the property of Matthew and the Atlas and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
