Shipping policy

International orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

International shipping — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the USA, Canada, EU, Australia and New Zealand. All duties and taxes are included in your order total — nothing extra to pay on delivery. Your order will clear customs seamlessly and be delivered straight to your door.

EU orders From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing a new flat-rate customs duty of €3 per parcel on all goods imported from outside the EU, regardless of value. This replaces the previous duty-free threshold for low-value parcels. This charge is included in your shipping cost — there is nothing additional to pay on delivery.

In the unlikely event that customs contacts you requesting payment on a DDP order, please don't pay anything and get in touch with us directly at matthewandtheatlas@gmail.com and we'll resolve it on your behalf.

Other destinations Orders to destinations outside our DDP markets — including Norway, Iceland, and the rest of the world — are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means your order will be shipped tracked from the UK, but import duties, VAT, and any customs handling fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and will be payable on arrival. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds and duty rates before ordering.

Pre-order items Pre-order items are estimated to dispatch end of July 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Handwritten Lyrics Handwritten Lyrics are handmade to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch.
